This service is provided to help you go through airport procedures during your international or domestic flight with your personal VIP assistant, which will provide you with convenience and comfort.
Booking Requirements
Please input your flight details at the checkout page
Please input complete name for all passenger
Your passport should be valid for a minimum of 6 months until the date of departure and/or arrival
Please upload your document arrival

- Staff will standby after Immigration (near the conveyor belt area) bring a signage under guest name
- Guest goes through all the VOA and Immigration processes on their own
- Guest approach the Staff
- Staff will assist the guest with the luggage collection
- Staff will assist the guest and escort to the Custom
- Escort the guest to exit the terminal until to the transportation area/meet the PIC Exclude
- Escort guests to representative transfer
